The Fernery in Mosman are lighting up Vivid Sydney this year! Bar Manager Adam George created this impressive looking flaming Ink Gin cocktail, which is now featuring on their cocktail list.

Adam was kind enough to share the recipe with us, which is below. 

Ink Gin Blazer

Created by Adam George

  • 1 part Ink Gin

  • 1 part Green Chartreuse

  • A dash of Creme de Cassis

  • A Lemon twist

Combine ingredients in a small jug & set alight. Pour the lot over a twist of lemon in a goblet (still flaming). Cap with the jug to extinguish the flame. Serve!
