Tasca are launching their spring menu this week which celebrates sophisticated, fresh flavours and on trend menu items, matched with the stylishly relaxed dining experience Tasca has become known for.

We've teamed up with Tasca to help launch the new menu, and have created a spring inspired cocktail list. Our national bartender Mauricio Gamba will be there on Thursday nights official launch mixing up cocktails with Ink Gin and Spiced Bam Bam. 

Tasca, meaning ‘pocket’ in Italian, is an intimate and stylish wine bar & restaurant in the heart of Coolangatta.

With a short & refined menu, the food is designed to be shared & paired with the curated wine & cocktail list.

Owner Carlee Bufalino’s passion for wine is evident – she has selected a mix of Italian, Spanish and French wines alongside small batch Australian wines which focus on organic, biodynamic and low intervention producers.

While wine is a major focus, the cocktails are also a must – with happy hour prices from 3- 5pm every day, the cocktail list comprises of a mix of beautiful spritzes, boozy sours and twists on classics, all championing high quality spirits and heavily featuring local distilleries including Husk.
