Ink Sloe & Berry Gin signature serve: Ink Sloe Fizz
60ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
30ml fresh lemon juice (about half a big, juicy lemon)
15ml simple syrup (dissolve equal parts sugar in water)
Build ingredients in an ice filled wine glass, top with a splash of soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
INK & TONIC
The classic. Use a premium tonic and choose some seasonal garnish - try citrus (grapefruit, orange, lime), herbs (thyme, mint or rosemary) or fresh strawberries.

120ml premium tonic
Seasonal garnish.
Method
Pour gin and tonic over ice. Garnish and serve.
SOUTHSIDE
Named after the south side of Chicago and one of Al Capone’s favourite cocktails, the Southside is delicious, fresh and simple to mix.

60ml Ink Gin
30ml lime juice
20ml simple syrup
Mint leaves
Method
Shake gin, juice and syrup, plus three mint leaf, in a shaker with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and float a mint leaf on top to garnish.
FRENCH 75
Simple and elegant, as any classic should be. This cocktail dates back to World War I, but never gets old.

30ml Ink Gin
15ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
60ml Champagne / Prosecco
Lemon peel
Method
Pour gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake hard until well chilled and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist.
SLOE & STEADY
Ingredients
45ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
60ml tonic
60ml soda
Squeeze of lime
Method
Build up ingredients, add more or less soda or tonic to your taste. Add a squeeze of lime.
BERRYCANE
Ingredients
45ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
15ml Husk Pure Cane Rum
15ml lemon juice
15ml Davidson Plum syrup
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake. Pour over ice in a highball glass, garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
BITTERLY SLOE
Ingredients
45ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
15ml Ink Gin
15ml Sweet Vermouth
30ml Orange juice
2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Splash of soda
Method
Shake all ingredients except soda. Pour over ice into a rocks glass and top up with soda. Garnish with mint.
GRAPEFRUIT NEGRONI
A refreshing mix of floral, citrus, sweet and bitter.

30ml Ink Gin
20ml Lillet blanc
20ml Pampelle Aperitif
Grapefruit peel
Method
Pour all ingredients over ice into a short tumbler glass. Stir for 10 seconds. Twist and drop the grapefruit peel as garnish, letting the oils spray into the glass as you twist.
ELDERFLOWER CUP
Introduce a sweet touch of elderflower blossom - perfect for those who don’t like tonic water.

10ml Elderflower Liqueur
90ml soda water
Cucumber
Lime
Method
Muddle lime and cucumber in a glass. Pour over ice, gin, elderflower liqueur and soda.
INKUCUMBER COLLINS
The Tom Collins has immortalised itself into one of the most iconic gin cocktails around. Traditionally garnished with maraschino cherry, the cucumber adds a cool taste to the collins.

60ml Ink Gin
30ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
Soda Water
Cucumber slice
Method
In a – guess what – Collins glass, add ice, gin, juice and syrup. Stir well, top up with soda. Garnish with cucumber slices.

Grapefruit slice for garnish

SLOE SOUR
Ingredients
60ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml aquafaba (chickpea juice)
Method
Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a balloon glass.
CHARLIE CHAPLIN
Ingredients
45ml Ink Sloe & Berry Gin
15ml Apricot Brandy Liqueur
15ml Lime Juice
15ml sugar syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain. Garnish with grapefruit peel or maraschino cherry.
